BSFF - what is it?
The BSFF method - that is, Be Set Free Fast and is translated as: “Become free quickly”, it consists of five steps and helps a person discover his problem, or rather the main reason for the emergence of obstacles in his path in the form of negative attitudes. It is not completed at once, that is, it will take you several days to completely complete it.
Mainly depends on the depth and complexity of experiences, trauma, fear or belief. And the more difficult it is, the longer it will take to work; sometimes the process can drag on for weeks. Another important point, as in the process of psychotherapy and self-education in general, is that the higher the readiness to change something, the easier it is to achieve results. It is necessary to realize that the responsibility for your life rests only with you, and only through your efforts can liberation from destructive thoughts and behavior occur.
How to remove negative attitudes. Part 2. A course towards positivity
Once you have written down all your limiting beliefs, take a RED pen or marker and write the opposite statements in the blank spaces. Let go of your imagination completely. You are now shaping your future life, so don't be afraid to think big.
Important ! Don't use "not" in positive statements. If you write “I am poor” with a pencil, then with a red pen you should write “I am rich,” and not “I am not poor.” Remember that the brain does not perceive the particle “not”.
On the last page, write a heartfelt message to God, the Universe, or whoever or what you believe in. Thank you for your help, love and support. The message can be completed in any way you like, write from the heart. I usually use the formula “In the name of all living things on Earth.”
The second stage went faster. I completely filled my notebook with positive affirmations in about an hour.
What does this technique provide?
- Helps you unblock and realize your emotions, which, due to their intensity, had to be “hidden” deep inside yourself, and which, due to such actions, destroy a person.
- Due to the fact that it becomes possible to change beliefs, a person is freed from habitual behavior patterns and negative reactions to the slightest events. That is, the personality becomes more multifaceted, able to look at the situation from different angles in order to have an accurate idea.
- Stress resistance increases, and accordingly, many diseases that arose against the background of psychosomatics disappear, I talked about it in detail in the article at this link. Some diseases that arise due to stress or pent-up feelings can sometimes be life-threatening.
- Your energy level increases, because you free yourself from unnecessary destructive thoughts, which waste a colossal amount of energy.
- A person becomes more resilient both physically, spiritually, and emotionally.
- In the process of performing this technique, the “taste for life” returns, that is, the ability to receive pleasure and satisfaction, to notice any details that bring joy.

What deep installations do we have?
For several thousand years, human society has been preoccupied with the fight against the forces of nature. Most of their time people were engaged in building houses, cultivating, and producing clothes. And all in order to survive in a constantly changing aggressive environment.
But over the past 100 years, human life has changed a lot. Most of life's principles have also changed. If previously the amount of energy consumed by humans was small, now, due to modern technologies, it has increased significantly. Now a person does not need to worry about the old tasks facing him. Now a person does not need to SURVIVE.
Over time, everything changed. However, the vast majority of people have a survival mindset. People are still obsessed with clothing, food and housing.
Despite the fact that STP (scientific and technological progress) is moving forward by leaps and bounds, increasing its pace every year, our social development is stuck at the same level.
And that's wrong.
Therefore, such attitudes today are illogical, unfounded, and incorrect. But the main reason for these attitudes is and remains cultural and genetic memory.
Instructions
1st step
It consists of defining the goal, that is, the problem that prompted the implementation of this technique. To do this, you should think about the difficulties that plague you in your work or personal life. Analyze what they have in common? What causes negative reactions the most? Choose one that will be your goal.
2nd step
It is more difficult, because you will have to face your experiences, to raise the entire layer of feelings that you have pushed deep into yourself. Next to the goal, write down a number of your thoughts and prejudices regarding it. That is, what scares you, angers you in this situation, what feelings generally arise. Is there any doubt regarding the solution to this complexity. Imagine what could happen and end if you don’t take any action. What risks will arise, what new tasks will need to be performed. For example, “I am afraid of what my colleagues will think of me if I take the initiative in a new project.”
3rd step
At this stage, you should give a new command to the subconscious, that is, change its attitude and remove negative consequences. To do this, come up with any word that does not evoke strong emotions, that is, neutral, but at the same time simple and memorable. For example, the word “love” is not suitable, but “hand”, if not associated with any experiences, will do. After that, give the following command, inserting your code word:
“This instruction is for you, my subconscious. Every time I realize or notice a problem, I will say the code word “pen” for you and you will completely eliminate the problem. I thank you for always fulfilling my tasks and remaining faithful to me.”
4th step
Take the sheet on which you wrote down all the prejudices and start reading one sentence at a time, inserting a code word at the end. Read the same sentence so many times until a yawn occurs. Only then can you move on to the next one.
5th step
And to complete the exercise itself, for this we will need to remember positive affirmations, that is, reformulate every negative belief into a positive one, so that false and destructive attitudes no longer arise in your thoughts. You can read my article in which I described how to make affirmations. Once you have them, repeat the following phrases, again until you start yawning:
“Now I forever remove all problems that are associated with my goal (specify goal), pen.”
“Now I forgive myself, and all the people who are associated with my goal, pen.”
This is the best technique that will allow you to work together between your consciousness and your inner storehouse of information to improve the quality of your life. Such elaboration is very effective because it brings with it profound changes.
How to remove negative attitudes. Part 3. Elimination and replacement
For the next 3 days you need to read the ENTIRE notebook in the morning and evening. Read all the notes - both pencil and red. This process takes me about 15 minutes. Depending on your handwriting, it may take you a little less or more time.
As you read, pay attention to how you feel. On pencil notes you may feel discouraged, but on red notes you may feel inspired. You may not want to read negative attitudes at all, but you should be patient for 3 days. During this time, your brain will “reformat” your beliefs, replacing the usual gloomy thoughts with positive ones, which you wrote with a red pen.
The longest, but also the most joyful stage remains. After 3 days, take an eraser and erase all negative beliefs. You will only have positive phrases written in red ink. And then you need to read the entire notebook every morning and evening for the next few months. Optimally - six months, more is possible. Each reading will take you 5-10 minutes.
When you flip through your notebook and read positive statements, phrases about gratitude, love and happiness, you will feel a surge of strength and joy. But the most important thing is that your consciousness and subconscious will begin to rebuild. New neural connections are formed in the brain, and you will begin to think differently. When your thinking changes, your actions will change. Make your new decisions with gratitude, don't try to hold on to old patterns. Changing your habitual behavior will bring real changes in your life.
