In the 20th century, such popular American authors wrote about the Law of Attraction as:

And if many years ago any information about changing reality with the power of thought was equated with obscurantism and magic, today the concept of “power of thought” is coming out of the shadows and becoming a full-fledged term among psychologists, psychotherapists and other representatives of official science. In Isaac Newton's theory of the law of universal gravitation (attraction), each massive body generates a force field of attraction towards such a body, which is called a gravitational field. This field is potential. Regarding the power of human thought, this law sounds like this: we attract into our lives what we think about most. But this statement is very crude, of course, like everything universal. The Law of Attraction is not so literal, but most of our actions and actions are based on this formula. Otherwise, it can be reduced to another universal law and belief, with which not everyone will immediately agree: in our lives exactly what we want to happen in it happens. Why? Because we usually fix our attention on exactly what we want (subconsciously or consciously). Our attention = our energy. And it is precisely those thoughts where the most of our energy is loaded that will be realized! Thus, our desires are fueled by our thoughts. And thoughts begin to influence the world around us.

How do the power of thought and the law of attraction interact? Let's imagine: a person made a mistake at work. Just a mistake. But how will a person react to it? First of all, he will call the mistake a “problem” and will think about it. Think, think, think... He will decide that a mistake will result in a reprimand from his superiors; then, that it will contribute to his losing authority in the team; then - that he will be kicked out of work for a mistake... As a result, a person’s strength in this state is spent on turning a mistake into something grandiose and dangerous for his life. What do you think will happen to this person in the end? Certainly! Something on his list will happen!

When does a person usually remember this law of attraction? Of course, when the power of thought, succumbing to the law of attraction, begins to work not in his favor! Only now he perceives the law distortedly, shifting the responsibility of these events from his thoughts to its execution by some ill-wisher or terrible force (evil eye, damage, etc.).

Why don’t our wishes come true at such a speed?! Let's turn to how to fulfill a desire with the power of thought. The power of thought and the law of attraction of desire work synchronously. What you want is what you will get. Therefore, the first thing you need to learn so that your power of thought and your law of attraction do not work randomly is to learn to control the power of your thoughts. There are a huge number of different practices for this: on the ability to turn off internal dialogue; to develop concentration and memory; meditative practices for observing thoughts and finding their source. They are not at all difficult, and if you start doing them, you can feel the results after just a few sessions. The desire of your thoughts must be subject to control. And thought is subject to you.

First. We need to set aside time for this. You should have a certain time during the week to work on making your desires come true.

Second. You need to understand what you really want in this life. What attracts you attracts you. It is you - and not someone on the side (relatives, friends). Desires must be yours! There can be as many wishes as you want! Learn to wish. Many simply do not know how to wish, and without this, it is impossible to fulfill your desire, which does not exist, no matter how you look at it. There are techniques that reveal the potential of desires in a person. Look for them.

Third. Energy must be translated into desire. How to do it? Here a whole arsenal of practices opens up on how you can fulfill your desire. But the essence of them all is simple (you need to look for a method that suits you personally): regularly feed, “feed” your desire. This can be done by writing down your desire on paper; you can work with images of your desires; with states of desires (how you feel if what you want comes to life) and so on. But if the fulfillment of desires concerns immaterial things or so material that it seems impossible to change them with the power of thought and the law of attraction?

For example, changing one’s appearance is hardly subject to the power of wish fulfillment? Appearance is material, stable, but sometimes undesirable for what it is. There is no money for operations, but depression and melancholy are present. Regarding our appearance, everything is not as obvious as it seems, and few people would think that appearance and thought are truly interconnected. In order to change something, you first need to accept what is. Most people are not capable of acceptance, but they really want to change everything in life. Appearance depends on thought. But more often than not, it’s not about us, but about what others say. So the main thing that needs to change in this case is the attitude towards your appearance. There is power in thought, and if you can make appearance the subject only of your attitude towards it, you will see the first results. The healing power of thought lies in understanding that we did not choose our appearance; it was not given to us this way by chance. It is very important to love your reflection in the mirror. For this, there are both psychologists and many techniques in which you can figure out whether you really need to change your appearance and whether this is your true desire. When you accept yourself, the power of thought and the law of attraction will begin to work for you! When the phrases “I am beautiful” and “I am attractive” become part of you, then your appearance will begin to change for people with the power of thought! You will be transformed in their eyes! If before you were ugly to them, they will feel that “something has changed!” Therefore: we change our appearance with the power of thought, first of all, for ourselves! The law works like this: people will see what you want them to see in you! Since we change our appearance with the power of thought, how can we attract a person into life with the power of thought? The law says: there is free will. And you cannot attract a person even with a thought if he is not intended for you by the Supreme Law. But a thought is quite capable of attracting a person’s attention. Desire and thought can make you remember. It can also help you attract your person into life. Again: you can attract your person into life only by changing yourself as a person. If a woman wants to be married, then the only way to attract a person with the power of thought is: “what kind of wife should I be?” If the desire is by the power of thought to have a child, then the thought “what kind of mother will I be?” will work.

A person can also improve his health with the truly healing power of thought. The fulfillment of health desires lies in the source of diseases. As a rule, we do not know our body well and do not hear its desires, and it is in the fulfillment of the true desires of the body (for which psychosomatics is responsible) that lies how to help ourselves with recovery.
