Purification of consciousness. Lessons and realizations after the session
The most important thing is the realization that everything happens on subtle planes (in fact, we build everything on subtle planes consciously or not), came a few days after the session, when I saw how the work of the session unfolded on the physics of space. Cleansing the mind and the effects of the session on the body
A feeling of unity with yourself and the world. Unity gives a feeling of the thrill of life ! I specifically used this term because... it leads directly to transcendence (I fill out this form a little every day and take my time, because I see how every day brings me awareness and I write them in the form. Unity with the body : a feeling of plasticity, a feeling of internal rhythm, pleasure from feeling yourself in the body, filled with the pleasure of the presence of the Self in the body.
I began to feel everything more intensely, while having an emotional stable background. Feelings of okayness, faith that everything is exactly as it should be , self-confidence, which led to a sense of freedom as such (in essence). I am ok, the world is ok, God is ok, everything is ok. I became softer and more harmonious with loved ones.
Now the leitmotif of my life is the following statement: I am a stable person, aware of my true, and not imposed from the outside, needs, capable of clearly seeing the most effective solutions to achieve my own goals: freedom, happiness, a prosperous and effective life for the benefit of all.
The next day after the session, I received the following verbal image: my body is like a beautiful spaceship in which the Soul travels through this life and I am like a vessel for the Spirit, which can create and create through me on this living planet Earth, for the good world, people and God. And I thank all those with whom I shared the time and years of this life: for the laughter, joy, smiles and magic of the moments, as well as for the experience.
Clearing the mind and how it affects the voice
On the second day after the session, my voice opened . I was driving along the road in a car and then I was overcome with such joy, I clearly felt at the same time myself in the body driving the car and from above, as if I was a bird, with huge wings, flying over this road and then a voice broke through. I sang! I usually don’t sing, because I’ve always been told that I have bad hearing and a bad voice, but then it burst out of my throat and flowed calmly, evenly, strongly and richly. I “flyed” along this road in two images at the same time and sang, feeling the vibration and power of the sound.
On the fourth day, I was filled with all the cells of my entire multidimensional self - it was a flow! Since it was May 5th (05/05 - new moon in Taurus - I’m a Taurus - plus my birthday is coming soon), so I did the practice of intentions for the future and just dreamed from my heart, I just let go of everything and dreamed, so to speak, “flew” after my inspiration. And then, I experienced such a surge of gratitude to the whole world, people, myself, my guardians, the highest aspects, the earth - my spark responded and shone on its own, with such a strong yellow light from the chest area and flooded everything and all those I thanked Only this was not at the level of the mind, but precisely at the level of a clear thought form (which itself appeared in my head, it was just a “pearl itself”, I only looked at the images that arose) and I felt waves of heat on my body.
In the following days, the awareness and feeling that everything was going exactly as it should intensified (this is a stunning feeling!!!) it is really difficult to describe in words. I relaxed not only mentally, but also my body, and I had a desire to observe what the world would show me today (what turn of events). I began to remove control (it was as if he had let go of me or I had let go of him) and I realized that you can plan, but you also need to be able to see how to organically enter (fit into) the rhythm of the day itself, the turn of events. Because one thing is how I planned it and another is how the world unfolds it . That is, I felt the ability to intuitively integrate myself and my plans in harmony with the reversal of dynamism and cyclicality. And it’s a thrill! Really. Now every day I watch with curiosity what it will bring me and how events will unfold and smoothly (harmoniously for myself) integrate into them.
All of the above points are the arguments that, before the session, in my daily life (for about a year now) were my goals. Based on my own qualities, I have tried many times to find my true self or my “alter ego” in others This is not easy for me, since my nature is quite contradictory. I often looked for a reference point in the face of a person I liked. But in the end I realized that it is best to focus on yourself. Each of us is unique and inimitable. Therefore, it is hardly worth imitating someone else’s thinking and lifestyle. After all, in the end you will do it your own way.
Instant help

Life experience often confirms this theory. I also noticed that even shortcomings and characteristics (your own or others) can serve a good purpose. Suppose a person has a habit of being late. In society, it is considered bad manners, but sometimes it can even save a life. There are many stories about people being late to places from which they might never return. It also happens that the saved fractions of a second help you avoid missing someone you have long dreamed of seeing.
Desire for self-development
This philosophy can be applied not only to exceptional situations, but also to everyday ones. If you believe that everything in the world is interconnected and for a reason. For example, I have always been uncommunicative and calm, preferring books, creativity or other activities of my own taste to noisy companies.
This trait did not bother me at all, but on the contrary, it irritated my talkative and active parents. Wishing me a “more interesting” life, many times they tried to “reshape” me in their own way, which led to disagreements. I did not give in and rebelled internally.
And now I’m finally convinced that following your inner instinct, if it doesn’t harm anyone, is correct. I have never regretted that I always do only what is natural for me. Firstly, it brings joy, and secondly, it helps a lot in independent living.
I also noticed that as soon as you try to seem like someone else for the sake of the approval of others, the course of fate does not improve at all, but, on the contrary, resembles a broken TV.
There’s no need to go into the settings again to change events on the life screen. It is unlikely that this will have a positive effect on them, but it will disrupt what already exists.
The desire to improve is one of the best, and most importantly, quite feasible. you need it first . And only when you know why it is necessary.

Purification of consciousness and paradigm shift
Here there was a paradigm shift (the field of consciousness: beliefs and paradigms), previously there was a belief that limited me that the mind is tortuous, dark (the mental image of my own brains as a dark labyrinth), but now they showed that in fact everything is clear, simple (one straight road) and also a beautiful one - the golden road!

I found out a fact about myself that when I really want to, I am dynamic. I have long observed this phenomenon in cats: how in a split second they can move from a state of complete relaxation to full combat readiness. I liked this dynamic transition and I asked for it for myself from the Universe, and now it began to manifest itself (or now I was finally able to see it in myself), which I am very happy about. And regarding the construction of illusions, I’m also working on this.
I appreciated two processes : cleansing and healing. Being able to clean in such a multi-level way is vital. And the possibility of self-healing is also an absolutely necessary thing for a full life here: the realization of one’s own ideas, tasks, path and evolution. It’s like a solid foundation on which you can build the building of your own life, because it’s hard to carry so much “stuff” on yourself, and even more so to achieve your goals. You can simply bend over under a pile of such “scrap metal” and not make it. It may sound banal and simple, but it’s important! Adopt a cleaning mentality for everything.
Awareness of the absurd
But here logic can help. How to clear your mind? You need to understand that there is no point in obsessive thoughts. There is no need to replay the same situation in your head a thousand times. This will only lead to nervous exhaustion.
