Why do some people fly to expensive resorts, drive expensive cars, live in luxury houses, while others work unsatisfactorily from morning to night and have nothing? They simply chose this path of their worldview on the path to achieving their goals. How we use our thoughts is how we live. We ourselves can change our way of thinking and train the power of thought using mental training.
The power of thought - what do we know about it?
In this article you will learn:
We have all heard that thought is material, but few know why. The fact is that we think in images - sort of pictures, but not in letters or numbers. The transmission of these images is the power of thought.
Images can come to us both from the inside, that is, information stored inside us, and from the outside. We can hear, see, touch - receive information from the world around us.
The power of thought can be controlled, everyone knows about it. Especially those who have encountered psychotherapists who treat with words. They change a person’s mental images and he begins to think differently.
With the power of thought you can influence any person, group of people and even an entire nation.
In the future, I will tell you how to use the power of thought to make another person think about yourself, how to increase your income. How to get a promotion at work with the power of your mind. How to harmonize relationships with relatives. The power of thought will also help you improve your health!
I have a purely scientific approach to this issue. We all know that there is a law of conservation of energy. This is when nothing appears from nowhere and does not
disappear
into
nowhere
, but only changes its state. The relationship between energy and matter is directly proportional. Thought images are energy. And the speed of its materialization depends on the vector of force, its direction. As well as our intention necessary to achieve the desired result.
The question remains - how to think correctly?
Scroll of Wishes
How to use the power of thought? Use the method that was used many centuries ago. Our distant ancestors compiled wish scrolls to inform the Universe about their dreams. For these purposes they used parchment. In the modern world, everything is a little different. It is enough to buy a beautiful notebook and pen. Spare no expense and time when choosing, you should really like these things
It is important that the notebook is new. So, you can saturate it only with your energy
When formulating your wishes, follow a few simple rules:
– Write about your goals in the present tense, not in the future. Avoid the phrase “I would like to...”.
– Don't use negatives. The Universe does not perceive the particle “not”. An incorrectly expressed desire will be perceived completely differently. Instead of “I won’t forget about my morning runs,” write “I will run in the morning.”
– Make wishes exclusively for yourself. It is unacceptable to interfere in the destinies of other people.
How to unlock the power of thought? To do this you need to stop being afraid. For example, you go to a job you don’t like every day, but it provides you with a stable income. Despite the fact that you are constantly looking for a suitable vacancy, the best option still does not appear. Think about whether the subconscious mind interferes with the implementation of the task? Perhaps you are tormented by thoughts of self-doubt, negative reactions from colleagues and an unstable salary in a new place?
Start filling out the scroll of wishes on After achieving one dream, cross it off the list and add two new ones. Don't forget to thank the Universe for its favor.
How to think correctly?
For example, if one person takes and writes on paper a specific plan of his actions, say for a month. And then he clearly follows this plan, having set his specific goal, then he acts according to the correct algorithm. His mental images materialize.
And another person lies on the couch and dreams of what he wants without an algorithm of actions. With his mental images he will only feed mental demons and will not get what he wants. Because there is no process of materialization, that is, filling the mental image with energy.
With the power of thought, you can get any desired result and fulfill any desire within reasonable limits. In my video courses, I tell you in detail how to achieve the desired result. It's all about your intention and desire.
Chapter NineHow to strengthen the power of thought
Now we can begin to study the practical application of the power of thought, since study that does not lead to practical application is fruitless. The ancient saying is still true: “The goal of philosophy is to end suffering.” We must develop and then apply the already developed power of thought for the benefit of all around us, both living and those whom we call dead, in order thereby to accelerate human evolution and advance our own as well. The power of thought can only be increased by constant and persistent exercise; muscular development depends on the exercise of those muscles that we already possess, just as mental development depends on the exercise of the mind that we already possess.
It is a law of life that growth is the result of exercise. Life - our Higher Self - constantly strives to manifest itself more and more fully in the external world through the medium of the form in which it is enclosed. Its pressure on the mold, resulting from the exercise, causes the latter to expand and new material is introduced into the mold, thus giving stability to the expanded part. When a muscle is tense, its vitality increases, the cells multiply and the muscle thus becomes larger. When the mental body vibrates under the influence of thought, new material penetrates into it from the mental atmosphere and it thus increases in size and becomes more complex in its composition. With constant exercise, the mental body grows regardless of whether good or bad thoughts are introduced into it. The number of thoughts determines the growth of the body, their quality is the type of substance that is introduced during this growth.
The cells of the gray matter of the physical brain multiply due to the exercise of the brain in thinking. Post-mortem autopsies have shown that the thinker's brain is not only larger and heavier than the plowman's brain, but also has a more significant number of convolutions. And these convolutions significantly increase the surface of the gray nervous matter, which is the direct physical instrument of thought.
So, the mental body, like the physical brain, is increased by exercise, and those who wish to improve and develop them should practice correct daily meditation with the conscious purpose of improving their mental faculties. It is unnecessary to add that the forces inherent in the Cognizer, thanks to these exercises, also develop faster and act more intensely on the conductors. In order for the exercise to lead to complete success, it must be performed regularly. You need to choose an interesting book, written by a completely competent author and containing new and strong thoughts. You should read one or more sentences slowly, and then think intensely and carefully about what you read.
A good rule is to spend twice as much time thinking as reading, since the purpose of reading is not only to acquire new ideas, but to strengthen thinking abilities. You should set aside half an hour for this, but a quarter of an hour is enough to begin with, since unremitting attention will at first turn out to be a little tiring. Anyone who takes up such an exercise and performs it regularly for several months will, by the end of this time, feel a clear increase in mental strength and will be able to solve the ordinary problems of life with much greater success than before. Nature is a fair payer: it pays everyone what they deserve, but not a penny more. Whoever wishes to receive the reward of increasing ability to think must earn it through hard work.
This task is twofold, as we have already said. On the one hand, the forces of Consciousness are extracted, on the other, those forms through which Consciousness manifests are developed; and the first of these points must never be forgotten. Many people recognize the value of accurate thinking as it affects the brain, but it must be remembered that the source of every thought is the uncreated and immortal Higher Self, and that therefore they are only extracting what they already possess. Every power lives in them and they must only learn to use it, in view of the fact that the divine Self is the root of life, and knowledge - an aspect of this Self - lives in each of us, constantly looking for an opportunity for its fuller manifestation. Power - uncreated, eternal - lives within every person; form is created and changed, but life is the Higher Self of man, and his abilities are limitless. This force within us is the same force that created the universe; This is divine power, not human, it is part of the life of the Logos and is inseparable from Him.
If people always realized this and remembered that difficulties arise not from a lack of ability, but from the imperfection of a tool, then they would begin to work with greater courage and hope, and therefore with greater success. We must always be aware that the essence of our nature is knowledge, and that it is in our power to give it (more or less perfect) expression in this incarnation. This expression will no doubt be limited by the thoughts of our past existences, but can now be improved and strengthened - by the same force that created the present in this past. Forms are plastic and, albeit slowly, can be remade by the vibrations of life.
But most of all, we need to remember that regular exercise is essential for continuous growth.
If one day is missed, it will take 3 or 4 days to equalize this step back, especially in the early periods of growth. When the habit of precise and stable thought has already been acquired, then the correctness of the exercises does not matter so much. But until this habit is finally established, regularity is extremely important, since the previous habit of allowing thoughts to flow freely is spontaneously restored and the substance of the mental body takes on its previous forms, which, when the interrupted exercises are resumed, will need to be destroyed again. It is better to exercise for five minutes every day than for half an hour on some days and not at all on others. Anxiety, its meaning and ways to eradicate it
It is rightly said that people grow old more from thoughts that worry them than from work. Work, if it is not excessive, does not harm the thinking apparatus; on the contrary, it strengthens it. But the mental process known as "worry" very definitely injures him, producing after a time a nervous exhaustion and irritability which make prolonged mental exercise impossible.
What is "worry"? This is the constant repetition of the same series of thoughts (with minor changes), which does not lead to any result and does not even strive to achieve it. This is the continuous reproduction of thought forms conceived not in consciousness, but in the mental body and brain and imposed by them on consciousness. Just as overworked muscles cannot be calm, but move anxiously even against the will, so the tired mental body and brain keep repeating the vibrations that exhausted them and the Thinker tries in vain to calm them down.
Here we again encounter automatic activity, expressed by the desire to move in the direction in which movement has already occurred. The thinker thinks about something that worries him and tries to come to some definite and usable conclusion. He did not achieve this and stopped thinking, but still remained dissatisfied, thirsting for some kind of resolution and experiencing fear of the expected sadness. This fear maintains a preoccupied and restless state in him, causing a chaotic surge of energy. And so the mental body and brain, under the pressure of this energy and desire, but not directed by the Thinker, continue to vibrate and reproduce images that have already been formed and discarded. These images are forcibly imposed on the attention, constantly renewed. As fatigue increases, irritability also increases, which regulates the phenomena of fatigue and, thus, action and reaction follow one after another in an irregular cycle. The thinker, being in restlessness, becomes a slave of the bodies that serve him and suffers under their tyranny.
However, the same automatism of the mental body and brain, this tendency to repeat vibrations that have already been produced, can also be used to eradicate the fruitless repetition of thoughts that cause suffering. When the current of one thought has already paved a channel for itself, a thought form, then new currents of thought will want to follow the same path, as if along the line of least resistance. A thought that causes suffering easily reappears under the influence of fear; just as a thought that gives pleasure appears under the influence of the desire for pleasure. The mental body and brain, not occupied with any direct work, tend to repeat forms and direct unused energy into an already prepared channel.
Perhaps the best way to destroy such a “channel of anxiety” is to create another channel, diametrically opposite in nature. This kind of channel can be created, as we said earlier, through definite, persistent and precise washing. Every person suffering from “anxiety” should devote three to four minutes in the morning to reflect on some high and encouraging thought, for example: “My Self is Peace, I am this Self, My Self is Strength; I am this I." Let him reflect on the fact that in his deepest essence he is one with the Father Most High; about that essence in which he is immortal, unchangeable, free from all fear, pure and strong. Let him reflect on those perishable clothes in which he is clothed and which are so sensitive to the stings of suffering, to the gnawing mental anxiety and about the delusion that he makes by mistaking them for himself. And when he thinks like this, peace will descend on him and he will feel himself in his real atmosphere, characteristic of him.
If he does this every day, then this thought will soon make its own channel in the mental body and in the brain, and in a short time, when the mind is free from any work, the thought of “I who am Peace and Strength” will appear spontaneously and wraps the mind with its wings even among the bustle of the world. Mental energy will naturally flow in this direction and anxiety will become a thing of the past.
Another way is to train the mind to rely on the Good Law, thus establishing a sense of contentment.
A person is imbued with the idea that everything happens by virtue of the Law and that nothing in life is accidental. Only that which comes from the Law can reach us, whatever the hand that visibly carries out its influence. Nothing can cause us harm if we do not deserve it, if it is not caused by our previous desires or actions. Nothing can offend us without being an instrument of the Law, exacting what is due from us. Even when premonitions of grief or worry overwhelm our mind, it should meet them calmly and make peace with them. The severity of the pain subsides when we submit to the decision of the Law, no matter what it concerns. And it will be even easier for us to do this if we remember that the Law acts for the purpose of our liberation, and although It causes us suffering, this suffering is the path to happiness. Every pain, in whatever form it appears, ultimately tends towards our well-being, breaking the bonds that keep us tied to the ever-revolving wheel of birth and death. When these thoughts are assimilated, the mind will no longer indulge in worry; because the claws of worry cannot penetrate the shield of Peace. Thinking and stopping thinking
A lot of power can be acquired if you learn not only to think, but also to stop thinking of your own free will. While we are thinking, we must turn our entire mind to thoughts and try to think with all our might. When the work of thought is completed, the thought must be discarded “completely” and it must not be allowed to rush aimlessly, now touching our mind, now leaving it, like a boat hitting the rocks. A person puts a machine into action only when it is necessary to perform some work, and does not waste its energy in vain. Mental power, which has immeasurable value, is allowed to work and waste energy without any purpose or benefit. Learning to stop thinking, giving the mind rest, is an acquisition of great importance. Just as tired limbs regain their strength during rest, so a weary mind finds strength in a state of rest. Constant thinking is constant vibration; and constant vibrations mean constant expenditure. Such a useless waste of energy entails exhaustion and premature destruction, but a person can preserve both the mental body and the brain if he learns to stop thinking when the thought is not directed towards any specific goal.
True, “stopping thinking” is not an easy matter. Perhaps it is even much more difficult than the thinking process itself. Until this ability is fully established, one must practice “stopping thinking” only for very short periods of time, since in order to keep the mind calm, a significant expenditure of energy is required. After you have seriously thought, you need to discard the thought, and if it tends to return, you need to divert your attention from it. It is imperative to turn away from every impostor thought; if necessary, imagine emptiness as a step towards peace, and try to be aware only of silence and darkness. The work in this direction will become clearer and clearer if it is persistent, and acquiring a sense of peace and quiet will encourage you in your persistence. It must be remembered that the suspension of thought directed to external activity is a necessary precondition for working on the higher planes. When the brain has learned to be at peace, when it no longer constantly renews incoherent images of its past activity, then only the opportunity opens up for Consciousness to act freely on its own plane. He who wants to take this bold step during his present life must learn to stop thinking, because only when the "changes of the thinking principle" cease on the lower plane can freedom (of action) be achieved on the higher.
Another way of giving peace to the mental body and brain - and an easier way than stopping thinking - is to change your thoughts. A person who is seriously and intensely thinking in one direction must also have another object for thinking, as different as possible from the first, to which he could direct his mind for rest.
The extraordinary freshness and youth of thought that so characterized William Ewart Gladstone in the days of his old age was largely a consequence of the variety of his mental activity. His main and constant activity was politics, and studies on theology and history of Greece filled his leisure hours. True, he was a mediocre theologian, and I cannot say what kind of scholar of Greece he was; but although the world was not enriched by his theological research, he still owes to these studies that he kept his mind alive and receptive. An opposite example is given to us by Charles Darwin, who very much regretted in his old age that he had allowed his other abilities, which would have allowed him to study other subjects besides his specialty, to completely die out. Literature and art did not interest him, and he vividly felt the limitations to which he subjected himself by delving exclusively into his specialty. A person needs variety in his activities, whether it concerns the mind or the physical body, because he may suffer from mental cramps, as, for example, the fingers suffer from constant writing.
It is especially important, perhaps, for people absorbed in the pursuit of worldly goals, to do something else that suits their abilities, but is far from business activity, such as art, science or literature, which could provide them with mental relaxation and education.
And first of all, young people, before their fresh and active brain becomes decrepit and exhausted, should choose occupations of this kind for themselves; then in old age they will find in themselves that strength that will decorate and illuminate their last years. The form retains its elasticity for a much longer period of time if it is thus given a certain amount of rest through various activities. The Secret of Calming the Mind
In everything that we have already considered, we have found indications of some ways by which calming of the mind can be achieved. But the main condition for it is a clear consciousness and understanding of our place in the universe.
We are part of one great Life, which allows no mistakes, no weakening of tension and strength, which, “powerfully and gently governing all things,” draws the worlds to their goal. The idea of our insignificant life as a separate independent unit, fighting only on its own with other separate and independent units, is one of the saddest misconceptions. As long as we look at the world and life from this point of view, peace is unattainable for us. When we feel and know that all “I” is one, then our mind will find peace, without the fear of losing it.
All our troubles come from the fact that we look at ourselves as separate units, and because, turning around our own mental axis, we think only about our personal benefits, our personal aspirations, joys and sorrows. For some, this concerns only the lower aspects of life and are the most dissatisfied of all: they are always striving to seize more and more of the common material goods and hoarding useless wealth. Others think about their personal development in the higher life; These are good, serious people, but they are also always dissatisfied and restless. They are always busy contemplating and analyzing themselves: “Am I moving forward? Do I know more than I did last year?” etc; they are preoccupied with evidence of their progress, all their thoughts are focused on personal internal prosperity.
Peace cannot be found in the constant pursuit of the satisfaction of the separate Self, even if it is satisfaction of the highest order. Peace lies only in the renunciation of one’s separate “I”, in the affirmation of the Higher Self, which is One, that Self, which manifests itself at “every” stage of evolution, is contained in us as well as in other people, and which gives satisfaction to everyone. The desire for mental progress is of great value while lower desires suppress and bind the aspirations of a person who begins to work on himself; in it he draws strength that frees him from them; but it does not, cannot give happiness, which comes only when the separate self is abandoned and the great Self is recognized as the purpose for which we live in the universe. After all, in ordinary life, the happiest are the unselfish people, those who work for the happiness of others, forgetting themselves. And the most dissatisfied are those who are always looking for happiness for themselves.
We are all the Higher Self and therefore the joys and sorrows of others are as much ours as theirs, and according to how we feel it and learn to live in such a way that the whole universe participates in the life flowing within us, our minds learn The Secret of the World. “He will reach the world in whom all desires flow like rivers flowing into an ocean filled with water, but remaining motionless, but not the one who desires desires.”[10] The more we desire, the more the thirst for happiness grows, which is unhappiness. The Secret of the World is the knowledge of the Higher Self, and the thought that “this Higher Self is the Self” leads us to achieve peace of mind, which nothing can disturb.

Practice No. 1 for achieving what you want
If you want to become healthy, wealthy, harmonize family relationships or find your other half, and you need to change the situation now, then here is the simplest practice:
imagine yourself in the third person in two forms. What kind of person are you now? That you are standing, for example, on the right. And the second you - only wealthy, successful, happy, loved - are standing on the left. I repeat, imagine it in your mind and try to see or feel the difference. Now combine these two images. And throw everything that is unnecessary, interferes and does not fit into the image of a wealthy, successful person underground.
This practice must be done with open eyes and standing. Preferably in silence. This is how you learn to control mental images.
With the power of thought, you can free a person from alcohol or drug addiction in a fairly short time. You just need to skillfully change your image, and the addiction will disappear on its own.
conclusions
So what conclusions can be drawn from all that has been written?
Let's try to put it briefly:
1 It is necessary to constantly control your thought process.
2 If you want to achieve success in any area of life, it is important to imagine its result as clearly as possible, experiencing the positive emotions that will accompany it.
3 The percentage of pessimistic thoughts and dissatisfaction with something must be minimized. But an optimistic attitude should become common for every new day.
If everyone follows these simple tips, the number of people dissatisfied with life will decrease, and there will be more happy and smiling faces.
Practice No. 3 - How to force a man or another person to think about yourself with the power of thought?
In this case, there is another practice, I call it a green ray. The power of thought also works here. Figuratively imagine the person you want to make think about you. The way he or she is standing in front of you. Now imagine a flow of energy from your chest, always green, and direct this flow into the image of the person opposite. From heart to heart, from chest to chest, there should be a flow of love, a green ray of energy.
Do this for as long as possible. By capturing the image of the person you need and filling it with energy. He will definitely start thinking about you, even without wanting it. For example, with the help of the power of thought, you can direct a green ray to the image of your boss, and soon you will be convinced that his attitude towards you has warmed up.
For such practices it is not necessary to be a hypnotherapist, Wolf Messing or Kashpirovsky. Anyone who dreams can master this. If you have problematic relationships with relatives, then also use the green ray.
But another practice can be used. Here the power of thought will help you to remove difficulties in relationships. To do this, imagine a relative with whom you have relationship problems. Imagine that he is standing opposite you and, with the power of thought, look at yourself through his eyes.
As if enter into his image and look at yourself. Note what he (she) doesn’t like about you, what irritates you? And throw everything you see into the ground. This can be done several times a day. This practice greatly improves and harmonizes relationships with relatives.
Meditate correctly
First of all, tune in to the fact that you can really attract money, love, friends, and generally everything you want into your life. This will be facilitated by the powerful power of thought.
Meditation should be done where you feel very good. This could be, for example, a cozy corner in a city park. Imagine that a group of strangers is moving towards you. They are in a great mood and can hear laughter. Everyone holds beautiful packages and bright boxes in their hands. These people are about to approach you. And then one of them says, turning to you: “We have prepared many gifts for you.” Reach out, take the gifts, look at them. Strangers who embody the full power of the Universe can give you a key to an apartment, a trip to a resort, a diamond necklace - in general, everything you dream about. You cannot stop your meditation abruptly. Enjoy what lies in front of you and gradually return to reality.
Through regular meditation you activate the power of thought. The plans will gradually begin to come true. However, remember that dreaming is, of course, good, but dreams must be followed by concrete actions.
The Healing Power of Thought
With the power of thought you can improve your health. Many people know the story of Porfiry Ivanov. A man who walked practically naked in any frost and did not freeze. It all started from the moment he found out that he had terminal cancer. And he decided to commit suicide. I wanted to drown myself in the river, but it was bitterly cold. It turned out that he did not drown, but only swam.
The next day he attempted suicide again, but again survived. And suddenly he realized that he felt better! As a result, he began to bathe in ice water every day, stopped freezing, and became completely healthy.
There are many similar examples. With the power of thought you can cure almost any ailment, if it is not too late. After all, thought is material, and the state of our health is the result of our thinking too.
In my video course, I explain in detail how to get rid of many diseases using the power of thought. Many who sought help personally have already been healed of illnesses that had tormented them for years.
Man is an energy-information structure created through the elements: fire, water, air and earth. We cannot live without any of these components. The combination of these elements is called ether. Ether is the basis of any energy, including thought. I will give you a video where everyone can see that the entire etheric body is present.
The transfer of energy in the ether has long been a known fact. For example, through television, we are projected with thoughts and images that directly affect us. If we watch the news, now it looks like a crime report. Where there is continuous murder, violence and dark events.
Modern films are also a stream of negativity, with a lot of lies, deceit, betrayal, alcohol, and debauchery. And no matter how we filter the information, it all settles in our energy, which leads to the destruction of the physical body. Thus, with the power of thought we destroy ourselves or heal ourselves. We make you happy or unhappy. Poor or wealthy.
Exercise “Heart of a Rose”
This practice was described by Robin Sharma in the famous book “The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari.”
You will need a quiet, secluded place and a fresh rose of any variety and color. And also 20 minutes during which no one and nothing will distract you.
All you have to do is look at the rose. Peer into its center, into the very heart. Focus on the color and texture of its petals. Admire the play of light and shadow, inhale the magical aroma that is present even in store-bought roses. You can only think about this rose, nothing else.
First, other thoughts will come to you, distracting you from the heart of the rose. This is a sign of an untrained mind. But don't worry, improvement will come soon. Simply return your attention to the object of concentration.
Robin Sharma "The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari"
You should not do this exercise by force. If at first you get tired after just five minutes, stop training. But gradually you will increase your practice time to the 20 minutes recommended in the book.
Important point:
The “Heart of a Rose” exercise is performed daily.
I will immediately answer the questions that I had and, perhaps, that you will have.
— Is it necessary to buy a live rose or can you replace it with something else (a candle flame, for example)?
In my opinion, it is easier for a beginner to work with a rose - the result will be achieved faster. In the future, if you want to refresh your concentration skills, you can take any object for practice - a candle, a glass of water, or even an ordinary pencil from your desk.
- Should the rose be freshly cut, as it is written in the book?
I mastered the “Heart of a Rose” exercise in the winter in Surgut, and the freshness of my roses was a big question. But that doesn't matter at all! You can practice with one flower for several days until it withers. Then the next one is bought. By the way, my husband has never given me flowers so often before.
— In what position should you do the exercise?
Robin Sharma writes that stillness is important to this practice. I did the Heart of a Rose exercise while sitting on the kitchen floor with my back leaning against the oven (this was the only private place in the apartment). She held Rose in front of her. Of course, it’s impossible to say that this is 100% immobility, but in general I tried not to move.
— How many days should you do
the “Heart of the Rose” exercise and how do you know that it works?
It is recommended to do the Rose Heart exercise for at least 21 days, but you will notice results much sooner. For example, after just a week of regular practice, an absolutely incredible thing happened to me...
On topic: Mindfulness is the key to living in balance
Concentration of attention: a case from personal experience
It was that same Surgut winter when my husband bought me roses to train my focus.
Around the second week of practice, I lost a very expensive cream. At that time, I worked as a consultant for a cosmetics company and carried this cream to a client in a suitcase bag that was fashionable at that time. The handbag was good for everyone, except for one thing: it could not be opened slightly - only opened entirely, like a real suitcase.
In general, in the middle of a huge yard in a residential area, the phone rang in my bag. And while I was taking it out, an expensive cream for all kinds of wrinkles quietly slipped out onto the roadway. This modest gray tube cost as much as my then two-week salary. Of course, I didn't notice the loss.
The lack of cream was discovered an hour later on the other side of the city. And then real miracles began.
I wasn't upset, I wasn't panicked, I wasn't even excited. I just concentrated. It was as if some force took me by the shoulders and led me. I remember riding on a bus, looking out the window, and in every snowdrift I saw a familiar gray tube, only magnified 1000 times.
I didn’t really know where to look for what was missing. I just got off at my stop and walked in a straight line, as if I knew where to go.
I didn’t remember exactly where in this space surrounded by high-rise buildings I opened my suitcase. But the legs suddenly stopped at a certain point. I looked down - nothing. Only dirty snow porridge, blown up by car wheels.
Driven by a strange sensation, I touched this porridge - the same gray as my treasured tube. I dug a little - the tube was found right under my fingers, whole and unharmed...
Other equally powerful techniques from other authors
Here are a few works in which other authors share their effective techniques for developing brain activity:
- “Brain Development”, Roger Sipe (improving memory, reading speed, vision and information absorption).
- “Brain Rules”, John Me.ina (twelve rules for understanding the work of your own brain and improving its efficiency);
- "Mindfulness" by Mark Williams and Danny Penman (teaching a modern and scientifically researched way of meditation that will rid your brain of unnecessary "garbage" and tune it into a productive mood).
One last important note for people intending to practice the technique of the American parapsychologist: while at the visualization stage, do not project negative things in your mind or anything that is contrary to your desire. Keep this in mind. The Silva Method can be used to increase motivation to get rid of something bad in yourself or change something in your life. When you find yourself in a place where you cannot enter meditative states, practice the three-finger technique and concentrate on your goal.

Who is Jose Silva?
Jose Silva, a renowned American parapsychologist, developed training programs to help people increase their intelligence, improve their psychic skills, and develop special healing abilities. ESP is the ability to use the so-called "sixth sense" to perceive information without using the other five senses known to science - but Silva himself, however, called this "effective sensory perception."
