Why make a lifelong to-do list?
90% of people living on planet Earth spend their days busy with current affairs, which fall upon each of us in an endless barrage. And sometimes we get the feeling that our days are passing completely uselessly: we live either at work or at home and wake up every day so that this everyday whirlwind will spin us around again.
What have you achieved in the past three months? What goals do you set for yourself for the next three months? I bet that most of the tasks will be of the everyday kind - work or household chores. But let's imagine: if we find out that we only have a couple of days to live, will these things still matter a lot to us?
A life to-do list, unlike our daily-weekly-monthly to-do lists, reminds us of what is truly important. He will help us make the most of every day that passes.
What do you need to lose weight?
There are 3,500 calories per 450 grams of fat. To get rid of 450 g of fat in a week, you need to eat 3500 calories less (500 every day), or “burn” 3500 calories more. You need to exercise more or just be more active. Talk to your doctor about what kind of physical activity is right for you.
The best way to lose weight quickly is to eat fewer calories and lead a more active lifestyle. If you cut out 250 calories of food from your daily diet and exercise hard to burn another 250, you'll burn 500 calories more than you should. If you do this for a week, your weight will drop by 450 g.
Scientists believe that losing weight by more than 900 g per week is unhealthy. This will mean that the body is dehydrated and a loss of muscle mass begins to occur, rather than fat mass. Consequently, the body will produce less energy, and previously lost weight will be gained.
How to make your to-do list for life
How long will it take you to create a to-do list for your life? On average, this takes from 30 minutes to an hour if you just list your goals without being specific. If you approach the matter more responsibly and write down each of your goals in detail, you will spend several hours compiling the list. But believe me, it’s worth your time.
You may already have a similar list, in which case this article will help you supplement it.
Now grab a pen and paper or create a new document on your computer. After that, start writing down everything that comes to your mind as you read the following questions:
- What would you do today if you knew that tomorrow you would be gone?
- What would you do if you had an unlimited amount of time, money and other resources?
- What have you always wanted to do but haven't done yet?
- What places (countries, cities, etc.) would you like to visit?
- What are your main goals and cherished dreams?
- What kind of person do you want to become?
- What kind of experience do you dream of getting?
- What do you want to remember in your old age?
- What skills do you want to acquire?
- What would you like to do together with your loved ones?
- Do you have any idols whom you dream of meeting in person?
- What do you want to achieve in all areas of your life?
- What do you need to make your life meaningful?
Don't stop until your list has at least 101 items. If you feel like you are at a dead end, then try to relax: your list has no place for doubts and thoughts about possible failures. It will contain everything you dream of, everything you want to achieve, everything you want to see and feel.
What's wrong with fatty foods?
Fatty foods are high in calories, which leads to excess unwanted weight gain. Consuming saturated fats and trans fats can increase levels of LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol), which increases the risk of heart disease. This can be avoided by increasing your intake of fruits and vegetables, lean meats, avoiding fried foods, oil and margarine.
It's important to remember that some fats can have health benefits. “Good” fats, such as polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats, are found in fish, nuts, and, to a lesser extent, low-fat dairy products.
How active are you?

Cycling (16 km/h) | Cycling (19km/h) | Cycling (>22 km/h) |

Maintaining water balance
What should you do to always be healthy? First of all, it is necessary to maintain water balance. In fact, quite a large number of people neglect this simple but significant rule of what not to do. After all, water is an integral part of the harmony that makes us healthy and beautiful. The more water you drink, the healthier and more beautiful you will be. Also, this rule will help you maintain a toned figure, which, in fact, is also important. Remember that life truly lies in water.
Healthy sleep
What should you do for a healthy lifestyle? Sleep is a huge problem in modern society. After all, most of humanity simply neglects this pleasant and relaxing process. In order to be healthy, you need to sleep at least 6-8 hours a day. It is advisable to go to the side before midnight in order to be healthy. You should also pay special attention to sleeping accessories such as bedding, bed, mattress and clothes in which you sleep. Pajamas should be loose and comfortable. Bed linen should be made from natural material. The mattress should be a little hard in order to avoid various back problems. Also, for a good and healthy sleep, drink hot mint tea, it calms and tones the body. Don't neglect sleep, because it has a direct and immediate impact on the quality of your health.
Say no to bad habits
Naturally, in order to be healthy, you must, first of all, eliminate from your life those things that are harmful to your health. Of course, these are bad habits such as smoking, drinking alcohol, drugs, and so on. You must soberly understand and evaluate for yourself what is really more valuable to you, namely, your health or short-term pleasure from these things. This is one of the most important rules, because even if you strictly follow all the above rules, but sometimes neglect this, it will become a one-goal game for you. Avoid poison that harms you and the entire environment. It's really not worth it.
Nourish your body with vitamins
Treat yourself to seasonal and medicinal vitamins as often as possible. After all, no matter how hard we try, it is almost impossible to get all the necessary components from our usual diet. Vitamins can compensate for this deficiency.
In general, health is the most important thing in the life of each of us. In order to maintain it at a decent level, you need to make every effort, but it is really worth it. By following all these rules, you will be able to notice how your appearance and quality of life will change for the better. That is why, dear friends, love yourself and cherish yourself. After all, a healthy person is already a happy and satisfied person with life.
Save summer memories

However, it is not necessary to use all the recommendations. You need to take this list and create your own, similar one, guided by personal interests and preferences.

90-60-90
The ideal parameters, of course, are 90-60-90, but in fact this is a long-outdated stereotype that has ceased to be relevant. You can have your ideal parameters, but still not allow yourself to gain excess weight. After all, extra pounds on your body are not only unsightly, but also very harmful. But the process of losing weight needs to be approached very wisely. Under no circumstances should you fall for advertising of any diet pills, as this simply kills the human body from the inside. Trust only proper and balanced nutrition and systematic physical activity. Don’t try to lose weight quickly, because in order to be beautiful and healthy, you need to spend a considerable amount of time and make every effort.
Make yourself happy with little things
- Visit a friend, take a good look at the hammock, and then make the same one for yourself in a private home.
- Remember the taste of natural milk products and buy them in the village.
- Attend some kind of outdoor concert. They are organized in cities by enthusiasts performing songs with a guitar.
- Treat yourself to such an ordinary treat as ice cream. You can also prepare it yourself and enrich the taste with various syrups and fruits.
- Assemble a puzzle of 1000 pieces.
- Go shopping and look for something you've been wanting for a long time. It is not necessary to buy something, but just twirl the item in your hands, take a better look, and decide on its subsequent purchase.
- It’s a good idea to go to a flea market: you might find something you need there.
- Write a story about summer, but don’t treat it like a school essay, but do it for yourself. Then save the piece of paper to read what you wrote in a few years and get a share of the positive.
